WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE ELECTRONIC COMPLAINT BOOK?

In compliance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 74/2017, of 21 July, in the amendment to Decree-Law no. 156/2005 of 15 September, we have an online complaints book, in order to allow our customers, file complaints with the competent authorities.

WHEN DO WE ADVISE YOU TO USE AN ELECTRONIC COMPLAINT BOOK?

At our store, we strive to satisfy our customers by receiving their opinions so that we can satisfy all their needs in the best possible way.

Whenever there is a problem during the purchase process or product delivery, we suggest that you contact us before making a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book in order to resolve it and exchange more information on how we can do better in the future.
